About the event

🧘Buddhist philosophy + meditation practice + everyday application🪷

This 12-week online course is for mindful leaders, purpose-driven changemakers, curious seekers and practitioners who want to go deeper—not just in meditation, but in living a meaningful life guided by ancient yet timeless wisdom.

Rooted in Early Buddhist teachings, this course brings clarity and depth to your personal practice while offering practical tools to live and lead with intention, compassion, and purpose. Together, we will study foundational suttas and sutras, exploring not only the original teachings of the Buddha but also Mahayana perspectives from different streams of Buddhism to understand how these teachings have evolved and how they can be thoughtfully adapted to modern life.

Whether you’re navigating life transitions, building mindful leadership, or seeking spiritual grounding, this journey offers a space for sincere learning, self-inquiry, and community—connecting inner peace with outer purpose.
